After getting married on the Outer Banks, we knew we wanted to retire here "someday", but an opportunity came up and we left the hustle & bustle of Washington DC to pursue our dreams early! And are so glad we did! Helping others find their perfect OBX home is our passion. We have both been in the real estate industry most of our working careers, holding positions in property management, portfolio investing, commercial leasing, residential sales, new construction and more!

*We met at a Coldwell Banker Office in Alexandria Virginia in 2005
*We got married in Duck, NC at a sound-front home
*We live in and love Colington, an island off the island - it's the people that make it so special!

*We are involved in community outreach through many volunteer opportunities, including Meals on Wheels, Surfing for Autism and the Albemarle Food Bank/Colington UMC
*We love the WATER, you can find Tim logging over 3,000 miles yearly on the local waterways in his kayak, and Tricia beach-combing & looking for the elusive sea glass!
*We have 2 adorable Labradoodles we love to spoil, they have the best backyard... the beach! They love playing fetch and walking the Duck boardwalk or Nags Head woods!
*We have a combined 36 years experience in Real Estate

We take care of your needs. We know buying and selling a new home can be stressful. We're here for your all the feels. We want each client to feel their individual goals are met, and have a bit of fun at the same time!
We have a network of professional resources, not all of our clients can be here to schedule inspections and estimates - we coordinate that too!
We tour properties for you like we woudl be buying it for ourselves, careful to point out positives and negatives. We tour property that spans over 100 miles of coast and inand as well -its a vast area and important to know what to look for in each location.
We pride ourselves on making sure we maximize your profits, making sure you have all the information to make good decisions. This is why we have repeat business, our clients can trust our guidance!
